I've come to realize...
...Before I moved here to Rexburg Idaho, I had this idea of how I thought everything was going to be. These first few days have been okay, but today was disappointing. Church was great, and we had a good meeting, but I think it was more my roomates and the people I was with later today that made me upset. Sunday has always been a sacred day for me, and one that I keep holy. After church, it just didn't seem like sunday anymore. My roomates were listening to explicit music, two of them went grocery shopping, and it just didn't seem like the sunday's I have always been to. I guess I just expected more of people. Two of my roomates didn't even come home last night. They aren't following the rules. I don't mind if little things happen, but I am just really dissapointed in some of the people I have met so far. Hopefully family home evening tomorrow will be a positive and uplifting experience. I just don't know what to say...there aren't words. Ugh.

Micheal - there are always going to be those kind of people, I know I had my share of roommates like that - we all had to go to the dean because of two of my roomies that were having guys spend the night. You just have to surround yourself with those great people that are there too, and be a good example, hopefully others will follow it. : )
